Shared Dashboard URL in vROPs 8.4 stuck on "Loading Resources"

Good Afternoon,

I have recently upgraded our vROPs environment to 8.4 and I cant seem to get my Shared dashboards to work.  I have copied the link and sent it even to myself...which has full access.  

When I log out of vROPs and workspace one, it doesn't allow me to even get to the dashboard.  It just sits at the "Loading Resources" screen.

I have added the "Everyone" group as well.  I have also tried to get to my shared dashboard via multiple explorers.  All just sit.  

VMware DOC says that Non-Authenticated users can access the dashboard but nothing else, and that is what I am looking for.  Yet, it doesn't even let me in.

Any ideas?
