SMARTS Integration Using Remote Collectors

I'm trying to standup VCOPS 5.0.3, using the vApp and remote collectors.  I just recently finished the install of the remote collector, but now I need a way to get the SMARTS integration to work with the remote collector.  The documentation I'm following (https://www.vmware.com/pdf/vcops-enterprise101-emc-integration-guide.pdf) only shows how to install it on the vApp or on the Standalone install.  I don't see anything about setting it up with the remote collector.  Has anyone set this up, or seen it in the documentation?

jomccon, I use the smarts adapters but not with remotes. What are the options to setup from remote collector that are different than vapp of typical setup? If its not different then point to the emc domains like ip and/or sam like normal. Perhaps a screenshot of adapter setup would help clarify?
