Reporting on most busy VMs

Hi

I'm really new to Operations Manager and confess I don't fully understand all the metrics and settings. I'm trying to understand the best strategy / how to perform this:-

Obtain a list of all VMs within the vSphere 4.1 estate consuming the most CPU, RAM and SAN volume / LUN I/O activity over the past 7 days.

How can create such a report?

If you're on Enterprise Licensing, you can use a TOP-N Widget .... but I don't know if you can do it based on a specific metric.
