Problem with removing symptom from alert.

I'm looking for answer for my questions in history, but I did't find.

The symptom removed from the alarm reappears after refreshing the page.

I want delete older symptoms, because I must create a new symptoms with new configuration.

I am not sure if i understand your question. Do you want to remove a symptom from an existing alert?

Yes, I want remove a symptom from an existing alert. 

I click the delete icon, but when I refresh the page, this symptom reappears.

Can you provide a screenshot of the alert and how you delete the symptom from the alert? Please clear your browser cache and cookies upfront as well.

Rick Verstegen, there is no alert, only after refreshing the page, the removed symptom reappears in the alert.

This message (on the image) show when I want delete symptom from Symptom Definitions.

Coockie is clear.

I think you need to disable the specific symptom in the policy.
