How to create a dashboard for Idle VMs and Powered off VMs?

I am on 7.0 but think 6.7 has it. On the home tab under optimise capacity there is a reclaim section that lists what you are after

First you need to define how many days it takes for a VM to be considered Reclaimable because it is Powered Off, Idle, or has a reclaimable snapshot.

These settings are global and will apply to all Datacenters.

To change these settings go to Home > Optimize Capacity: Reclaim > click on gear icon.

After changing the settings, you can create a view that can be used in a dashboard based on these settings.

When you create a view, under data pane select data for: virtual machine, under metrics > Summary.

There you will find Reclaimable Idle and Reclaimable Powered Off.
