You can customize one of the OOTB views, such as "Horizon VDI Desktop Pool Usage". Create a copy of it and under Time Settings select last 30 days. Under Group By check the box for "Add interval breakdown column". You can go back to the Data tab to set the interval, but the default is a day. This will show the values for each day in the view. You could also create your own view with the metrics that you want to see. Just check the interval breakdown option to show each day.
