How many VMs can I fit in that remaining capacity?

Hi there

Just started looking at vROPS 6.7 and there are a lot of changes.
One thing I am really missing is that I cannot tell how many VM I can still deploy on a resource based on capacity left.

Maybe I am overlooking it but I don't think so. What would be best way to get this info back?

Cheers

I think this has been discussed before if you search in that forum.

With supermetrics it is possible to replicate the vm_remaining concept.

With following fomula you can compute the vm_remaining for each resource type (cpu, mem) and then take the minimum:
vm_remaining_per_resource =  (usable_capacity * allocation_ration -  amount_of_resources_occupied_by_deployed_vms) / vm_profile_size
