Not a huge problem, but I get the following when selecting the question mark icon on any page;
HTTP Status 404 - /vcops-vsphere/vcops/help/en/
type Status report
message /vcops-vsphere/vcops/help/en/
description The requested resource (/vcops-vsphere/vcops/help/en/) is not available.
VMware vFabric tc Runtime 2.6.4.RELEASE/6.0.35.A.RELEASE
I have confirmed there is plenty of disk space by running; df -k
I have confirmed all services are running; vcops-admin status
This is Version 5.6.0, Build 923459 which was an in-place upgrade from 5.0
To be honest, not sure if help worked previously.
All other pages (custom, admin) load fine.
I have read a couple of other 404 posts about vCOPs, but none have helped.
Like I said, not a huge problem, but it would be nice to get contextual help time to time.
Thanks.
you have one extra "vcops" in the URLs.
please try "/vcops-vsphere/help/en/"
I've seen this happening rarely on certain browser+environment combination
Which one are you using?

That is exactly it. Thank you!
I was using Firefox.
It seems to work fine in IE and Chrome, but not in Firefox.
Good catch.
Thanks again.
which is your Firefox version though?
AFAIK it works properly in the latest (v22)
Actually, I am running v22.
IE 9, Chrome 28.0.1500.72
oh well...
