Gathering VMs IOPS statistics on Datastore

40 VMs are running on the Datastore .We see some latency alerts on the storage for the LUN randomly but we are not able to see the which VM is causing the latency from the DS so now we have to look for each VM which is very difficult

is there any way to fetch the report from vROPS for all the VMs at once without moving the VMs to folder to run report against folders?

You can get this from a Dashboard.  You would need two object list.  First object list filtered to only see Datastores.  It will send data to another object list using Interaction.  The second object list, filter it to only VMs and choose Input Transformation as parent.  Then add metrics such as Latency and IOPs etc for VMs
