Vrops installed on 6.5 vcenter platform. For a setup topic, vrops was removed from vcenter but once it was removed, the OVA was retuned but the IP did not respond.
We had to put another IP to vrops, but we do not know if the IP was taken in vcenter, because every time we install a product as vrops, log insight the IP does not respond. The IP assigned in the first installation is 192.168.10.10. Post reinstallation we put the same IP and it does not respond.
The strange thing is that when putting the IP to a Windows if it responds, but with any product of VMware we have no answer.
There is some registry that does not allow to use the same IP.
