Dashboard - Summary|Runtime|Power State (Day(s))

I build a dashboard that able to show list of VMs that been turn off. I am using the built in metrics Summary|Runtime|Power State with timestamps that have the capability to show # of days the VMs is turn off. What I like to further enhance is to filter the number of days it been turn of e.g. > 100 days. I been trying to do this with using super metrics but its getting rather complicated. So i would like to check if there is an easier approach to filter the power state. Thank you.
