Count number of VMs based on vCPU and vRAM

I am trying to create a view that counts the total number of virtual machines based on

CPU|Provisioned vCPU(s) (vCPUs)

and

Memory|Total Capacity

I can create the view but I want to add this to a customer specific dashboard that summarizes the quantity of 2x4 VMs (2vCPU 4GB RAM) so engineers can quickly see what a customer consumes.

The idea is each customer will have their own Tags in vsphere and I can filter each view so the Virtual Machine Tag = customer name

All of our services are custom so the end goal is to have a vROPs dashboard per customer that shows all their resources. VMs, Storage, Backups..

if you create custom groups (1 per customer), these have a metric "Population|Total count" that you can show 'everywhere'
