Consumed and memory used

Dear,

just a tiny doubt, what is "memory used" and "memory consumed", is the same thing?

I ask why, in vcenter cluster,  i see "memory used" on hosts, but in vc ops, "memory consumed"

But, the both values, are so different.

What the realy phisical memory,  in host, vcenter or vc ops?
