Cancel alerts by a custom filter

I'm using vCOPs version 5.8.2

I have about 6000 alerts. Most of them are like this:

they annoy me so I tried to cancel them. But you can cancel only 40 alerts at once

Can I create a query like

where root Cause equals "100 % Data not collected"cancel this alerts ?

And how can i disable this kind of alert?

I think this alerts appear at a restart of the vCenter Server.

Those are alerts for hard thresholds, specifically they hard threshold you explicitly set. They're active because they're still true. Adjust your hard thresholds so that they're no longer true, and they'll clear.
