Can vCops collect statistics from multiple VMs, ESXi hosts or Datastores?

Hello community!

Does anyone know how to harvest data from a lot of items such as VMs, hosts, datasores using vCops at once?

We have more than a thousand of VMs across roughly 20 clusters and need to collect some statistics like CPU usage(%), IOPS etc... But it's too many and time consuming! That's why we're looking for the way to simultaneously collect it.

Any ideas will be welcome.

Here's the detail of vCops we use:

VMware vCenter Operations Manager

version 5.8.5

build 2532416

License mode: Standard

Thank you,

Masa

Custom UI with pre-built dashboard is not available with Standard license however  On the Environment tab, click Overview, and click the badge that you want to inspect.

Option                Description

Health (default)    Click to check the Health scores of all monitored objects.

Workload            Click to check the Workload scores of all monitored objects.

Anomalies          Click to check the Anomalies scores for all monitored objects.

Faults                Click to check the Faults scores for all monitored objects

Thank you NiranY for your advice!

I reconfirmed the UI as you advised and I could see release note of v5.8.5 (VMware vCenter Operations Manager 5.8.2)  and there're three license editions for the version of vCops. But we couldn't figure out if we exactly export what we really want through vCops. We will probably take some alternative ways rather than using vCops, such as powerCLI or something because csv format seems to be better for us.

If you know any articles that we can understand the capabilities or comparison between its editions online, please advice.

Again, thank you so much!
