Can I use VM folders for analysis and planning?

I'd like to produce some capacity and planning information based on the VM folder views in the VI client (the blue folders, not the yellow ones in the host and clusters view). Is this possible?

For example I group 80 VMs in a folder and I'd like to know average usage for just these VMs (storage, network I/O, vCPU etc). At the moment I can only see how to report on a given cluster, host or VM.

No. VCOPS 5.0 does not support capacity and planning on folders.
