Have you tried logging on with your local admin account? I had a similar issue, eventually I had to remove and re-add my domain account permissions. For some weird reason during the upgrade it looks like the permissions got stuffed.

Try it. Log in to vROPS as Local users \ admin. No report templates again! And i can't import report templates, may be bacause i have vROPS Standard license.Wait for VMware support several weeks, no progress!

Hi. This case is very strange for me. VMware give me temporary Advanced license and i can import report templates from two xml files from VMware support. Something wrong in Standart vROPS, i think.

Now i open case for change Owner of report templates. I think, VMware remove some operations from Standart vROPS, which i have to use for problem solution.

Hi Igor

Not sure if this was resolved but from what I recall, reporting isn't included in the vROps Standard license.

VMware give me temporary vROPS Advanced license and i import report templates from XML-file. No all good. Problem is in license model of vROPS as i think.
