We work with vRealize Operations and we would like to set-up notifications for Service Level Agreements
Email alerts should be send between 8AM and 6PM to email 1
Email alerts should be send between 6PM and 8AM to email 2
if someone has not taken ownership of alert within 4 hours, a secondary email should be send out to escalation manager
How can this be done?
