Upgrade to 8.1.1-16281169 already complete.

Hi Guys!

I have already upgraded the Log Insight to 8.1 and it works fine but after I restart it rollbacked to 4.8.

The cluster show 4.8 as version and when I try to update it shows it is currently updated to 8.1 while the cluster and GUI don't seem to be updated and shows the following error:

Upgrade Failed

Upgrade to 8.1.1-16281169 already complete.

the log of update shows everything is fine.

I also add a new hard disk with size 1 TB to increase the disk space of Log insight but after the restart, it doesn't automatically expand the disk.

Hi, there is a bug in the 8.1.1 upgrade that leaves the default boot option as 4.8 in grub. The kB describes how to change it. I’ll see if I can find the kB number
