Hi,

I am currently using the Default Email. is it possible to have an Reason Text Field in the Request form and have the contents from that text field sent with the email for approval?

My company is currently requesting this feature.

You try to hack at these customized email templates outlined in this blog, or you can look at the SovLabs Notifications module which makes this super simple.

If i don't use Custom Forms it shows Description and Reason for Request in the Email , how do i get the Reason field on the General Section?

You don't right now in custom forms.
