Did you get an answer to this yet?

Let me know if this is what you're trying to do.

Once you have the tags assigned to the datastores, verify data collection is correct by going to Expenses -> Private Cloud -> Cost Drivers and checking on On-Demand Storage:

If the datastores are categorize, you can go to reports and click the Expenses - vCenter/Storage Expense by On-Demand Datastores

Edit the report, and check the box for "View" next to storage category.  Also sort ascending:

Save changes and go back to see the column added.

Now you can filter on the column if you only want to show one category:

(you can also modify the columns shown directly from the report screen by clicking a header column and clicking "Columns ->" and checking the ones you want to see.

Hi,

The following document will help you.

  1. Log in to vRealize Business for Cloud as an administrator.
    • https://vRealize_Automation_host_name/vcac/org/tenant_URL (for the vRealize Automation integrated setup)
    • https://vRealize_Business_for_Cloud_host_name/itfm-cloud(for the vRealize Business for Cloud standalone setup)
  2. Click Business Management.
  3. Under Reports, click Custom Reports. You can see a list of custom reports that you have created.
  4. Click the report for which you want to view the details.
