vRealize Automation 7.3 workflows explanation

Hi All,

I am working on vRealize automation and aware about components functions . However , I was looking for default flows location we have for vRealize. According to my understanding it should be in internal database which vRA has. However , i found that flows are in DEM Orchestrator program files. I was very much surprised that why these workflows are in DEM-O. According to my understanding DEM-O only have below functionality:

Create workflow instances for scheduled workflows, Check that scheduled workflows do not overlap.

Create Workflow History Instance and Result rows for all instances.

Check that there are DEMs running that can run all the required workflows

Check that all the DEMs are responding and running by checking the last time they “ping” the repository.

Process workflows on DEM-worker stopping.

Please if somebody can help me to understand the exact flow between components.

Regards,

sonika

Maybe it would be more helpful if you tell us simply what you're trying to accomplish and we can start from there.
