Does anyone know how to create a new Active directory Policy in vRA 7.3 from vRO?

This link works. But it only describes how to create an AD policy manual.
i would like to do that via XaaS for self service.

but hey don’t cover - how to create an Active Directory Policy using vRO.
I found most of the vRA configuration and administration workflows in vRO, but can’t find one to create a new AD Policy.
