This is a completely new install of vRAC 6.2.1 build 2553372 with the identity management appliance. After deploying/configuring the two appliances, I get authenticated as administrator@vsphere.local but I never see the default tenant, just the "Loading..." message. Attempting to add a tenant gives an error similar to:

When contacting your system administrator, use this reference: df8903b3 Any ideas/suggestions? Rip and replace? Don't use the vRAC identity management appliance? Everything (vCenter, vRAC, vRAC IM appliance, etc.) is on the same subnet and can resolve DNS successfully. |
