vRA8: Assign CPU core count value in blueprint

I am trying to assign a CPU core count inside a vRA8 Blueprint.  Has anyone had any success in doing this? If so, can you please share how you did it?

The CPU count is not working for me since it is based on CPU sockets.  The blueprint is for a Windows 10 VM and since the OS have a CPU socket limitation of 2. I need 2 CPU sockets with 4 CPU cores each.

I had the same issue in vRA 8.2 (on-prem) when trying to do cpuCount/coreCount on a vSphere machine.

Finally opened an SR, and was informed that coreCount is not implemented yet in the on-prem version of vRA 8.x.

It's expected to be enabled in 8.3.  If you are on cloud version, then should be working.
