vRA8.4 Cannot add tag to compute cluster reason why NSX-T external id is not found message.

I tried to add tag to cluster resources, but error occuered with below messages.

NSX-T virtual machine external id is not found in resource: [http://10.244.1.31:8282/resources/compute/00b3f797-d616-4876-b403-5b03f40d6d1a] エラー ID: 5f3398a3-cc12-4e32-babb-430c1aecc81a

CloudAssembly - Infrastructure - Resource - Compute
Select cluster, add tags, then save.

Any ideas???

Environment Version
vRA: 8.4.0.16324 (17874359)
NSX-T:  3.1.0.0.0.17107167

Until now, we have re-created vRA, but it will not be improved...

When I searched for this message, there was a log on the pod in the provisioniing-service-app. So, I attached this log file.

I found a workaround for this issue by tagging clusters from the vCenter UI not vRA.
