vRA reporting ReferenceError: "VcPlugin" is not defined

Hi all,

We recently built a new vRA 8.2 environment as a test. When I try and run "Add a vCenter Server instance", it errors with 'ReferenceError: "VcPlugin" is not defined'

Any Workflow or Action that requires VcPlugin fails.

Can't see what is missing, any thoughts?  Cloud Zones/Account are there a look ok.

Hi, I can see the plugin installed via the vRO Control Center but can't see it in the vRA ui.
