vRA VM Request fails with JAVA Error

Hello community,

I have a user reporting a weird issue. Whenever the user submits a request from the catalogue the request fails with the following JAVA error.

"java.lang.IllegalStateException: Expected BEGIN_OBJECT but was STRING"

No other user gets this error message. User has tried with IE, FireFox, Chrome and from different machines but still the same problem.. Though its not a upgrade I tired below fixes but nothing helped...

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=211148...

requestCatalogItem doesn't work anymore after Upgrade form 6.1.x to 6.2 in vCO

Still no luck!!

I can't try the fix from below community thread as I'm running 2012R2.

Cannot submit a new request in the catalog

Our setup..

2 vRA Appliances behind an F5 VIP.

2 vRA Appliances configured with vPostgres in a replication mode.

2x2012R2 Machines for IaaS Web behind an F5 VIP.

2x2012R2 Machines for IaaS Mgr behind an F5 VIP, these machines are also used for DEM Worker/Orchestrator, VCAgents. Connects to remote SQL DB.

vRO Appliance with remote SQL DB.

No upgrades/patches. Everything's running on 6.2.1. 2012R2 machines are fully patched to the latest date.

Any help is much appreciated..

Regards,
