vRA Self signed certs

Were having a problem with vRA and our self signed certs when it come to connecting to a VM either by using remote console or VMRC. Either way we get the same error. For example: Cannot establish a remote console connection. Verify that the machine is powered on. If the server has a self-signed certificate, you might need to accept the certificate then close and retry the connection or the black box with the blue border. The cert for the IaaS server has been put in almost all folders of the certificate manager and was working before the upgrade to 7.5. The same problem is happening for chrome. IE and Firefox. Is there anyway to get around this?

Can you verify the certificate being presented by the VMRC endpoint?

I used firefox as an example as you can see from the screen shot. The VM listed is the IaaS appliance. Should it be something else?

No, it should be the one presented by the IaaS web host, but I was curious to know about the information inside the cert and if it is somehow different. You're not trying to do SSL off-loading on a load balancer for this VIP, are you? Do you get the same result if you attempt to connect to the VMRC endpoint from a system which has never attempted it?

Fortunately this is our test environment with a simple install. Since upgrading to 7.5 its gone to pot. We had problems before even with our production environment. There is no offloading or load balancer. Ill try again with a newly deployed VM and let you know the results.

No luck. A brand new VM deployed with a fresh install of VMRC. VMRC gives just a blank black screen wether its full screen or not. Even the Power options are grayed out. As for the Remote console that the same as well as you can see
