vRA 8.3 remote console to a Windows Server VM

When using vRealize 8.3 and I "Connect to remote console" on a windows server VM the send ctrl+alt+del is not working. I can see the login screen but that is all. On a Ubuntu VM I can interact and also send ctrl+alt+del. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Within vCenter I can connect to same Windows Server using Web Console and no issues.

Opened a SR with VMware on this issue. Support is telling me not supported in vRA 8.x.  Why have it as an option if not supported? Supported in vCenter. 😞

I don't have 8.3 yet, in 8.2 I have a dedicated button above the console:

I have the same button you are showing but when I press the button nothing happens. It does not do a ctrl+Alt+del.

Same issue Dale to us also. we have vRA 8.10. And on few machine this works and on few it doesnt. Did u get any solution as yet to this send ctrl+alt+delete issue?
