I tried to integrate vRA 8.1 with vROps 8.1 , it was working fine with vROps local account. But when I tried the same with service account (created in AD) and gave vROps administrator permission to the same,it won't work. Are there any limitations in vRA 8.1 that only local account of vROps can supposed to do the integrations.
Hi Gajendrapundier,
This should work. You can follow this procedure:
Connect vRealize Automation to vRealize Operations Manager in Region A
Key here is to use, in account name when you configure the integration, the @AuthenticationSourceName

Leandro.

Thanks Inairn.
I am facing the same in vRA 8.1 integrations with NSX-T 2.5.0. Integrations with local account working fine but not with service account.
Should work.. In our documentation we have:
Add an NSX-T cloud account
Provide an account with the following read and write privileges:
NSX-T Enterprise Administrator role and access credentials
NSX-T IP address or FQDN
Administrators also require access to the vCenter Server as described in the following vSphere agent requirements for vCenter-based cloud accounts section on this page.
Don´t have an environment to test ... I will try to test it...

Leandro.
