vRA 7 Orchestrator 7 Plugin

Hi,

I am having a problem with the vRA 7 Orchestrator plugin in Orchestrator 7 after upgrading vRA from 6.2.3 to 7.

Following the upgrade I needed to install the vRA 7 plugin and then successfully managed to add a vRA host and IaaS host via the workflows.

Unfortunately I am now unable to see any composite blueprints in the vRealize Automation plugin hirearchy under Administration > Composite Blueprints.

I have tried, restarting vRA, vRO. Re-installing the plugin (many times). Re-adding the vRA host (via the workflow).

Nothing enumerates via the vRealize Automation plugin except:-

Administration > Tenants

Administration > Event Topics

Inbox

Does anyone have any suggestions?

i'm seeing the same exact issue on a 6.2.3 instance that has not changed... Did you ever find a fix?

Yes, the problem was related to the fact that the new plugin requires you to use a different user when registering the vRA host with the vRealize Automation > Configuration > Add a vRA Host workflow. Previously we had used the vRA Service Account (Windows domain based account). Although this had the respective tenant administrator rights using this account wouldn't allow the plugin to enumerate the contents of the Composite blueprints folder. I changed the user we registered the vRA host with to a local vSphere.local user. This fixed the problem.
