The 'How can we help?' doesn't seem to bring anything up. I know the Help Center link goes to the VMware help for vRA in general but is there any means to populate anything for the 'How can we help?' search? We plan on updating the information on our link for the Contact Support but if that search is able to be used to give users information (such as who to contact if their request is pending an Approval Policy, who to contact for OS support with their workloads) that would be great. Or am I only see that as an admin? The way it is worded if general Business Group users see this section they will presume the 'we' is the team providing vRA not VMware.
