I am running 7.6.0 in my work environment and recently after trying to destroy some deployments in vrealize many of them showed up with a "missing error" and one of them became stuck in vcenter whereas upon trying to delete it, it deleted out of vRealize but it shows up still in vcenter with an (inaccessible) next to the vm. CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!
For vRA 7, this is a real problem. VMware support has a procedure to clean some up. For the vCenter danglers, "inaccessible" means that there are pieces of the VM still around. Usually, this is a DS problem. Again, I would submit a VMware support ticket.

You said "but it shows up still in vcenter with an (inaccessible) next to the vm". If vRA sends the command to delete de VM and the VM still in vCenter with errors, then something wrong must be happening with vCenter.
After you solve the vCenter issue, a data collection must fix it in vRA.
I submitted a ticket to VMware which they were able to resolve the following issue by using a kb for sql to remove the machines.
