vRA 7.4 change management tracking

How do find out which tenant admin  changed the blueprint settings and last published the blueprint in vRA 7.4. I recall previous version had column in the design UI that had the tenant admin that last published the blueprint.  Is there a change management option to track changes made by tenant admins.

Only reliable way is through logs, which is why it's so important to have those logs sent to something like Log Insight.

I will definitely look into log insight, but i would think changes like which tenant admin published the blueprint would be standard in vRA 7.4. I would have sworn that i saw that column in the design tab  before upgrading to 7.4. Now the column that i see is only last modified and that doesn't  really help with change management.

I can't recall if 7.4 has it but the Audit Log in the UI might have that info too? I could be mistaken and it only exists in 7.6
