does anyone know if it is possible to lock vRA display language to English? I have googled, but couldn't find anything.
Basically I do not want to have users checking and changing their browser and regions settings to get vRA portal in English.

No way I know of. But why is this a problem?
We'd like to have it standardized. Currently people get it in different languages, depending on their browser/regional/language settings.
Even they don't like it like that.
Anyway, if someone is interested:
We managed to get always display language in English by modifying NSX LB settings:
- create an application rule: http-request set-header Accept-Language en
