vCAC 6.2 Domain User Unauthorized

Hi

I am trying to integrate vcac user with AD. I configured the ID appliance to join the domain.  and wen to the default tenant to add the DC info in the Identity store:

Made the user the Infr Admin:

But when I login as the domain user, and try to go to the Infrastructure tab, everything is showing me 401-Unauthorized:

Where did I go wrong? Any help will be appreciated.

Check your time between the VA and the IaaS box. Authentication uses tokens so it's very sensitive to time drift.

Either set a common NTP server, or migrate all vRA components onto the same host if pulling time from the host.

I faced the similar issue got resolved after time synchronizing. Better to use the NTP server.

If you find any answer useful. please mark the answer as correct or helpful.

still the same issue.

I made the ID appliance, VCAC appliance and IaaS server all sync to NTP server, still getting 401 user unauthorized.

Can you provide some of the catalina.out logs? (/storage/log/vmware/vcac/catalina.out)
