vCAC 6.1 - VM provisioning get stuck at CustomizeOS state and gets deleted after sometime.

We have a vCAC 6.1 fresh install setup in our lab. I have created a blueprint and was able to provision with no issues. vCAC provisioned the machine and completed the customization. But the machine state get stuck at CustomizeOS and VM gets deleted after sometime. Anyone ran into issue like this ?

Did you unblock the Guagent zip file before extracting?

See what kind of logs are being generated before the machine gets deleted.

It happens when the agent is unable to contact vCAC server.
