unable to add powershell host to vco using kerberos

I am trying to add powershell host to vco but keep getting this error

I followed this doc on creating the krb5.conf on myu vco appliance. I rebooted it.

the error in vco is

send message on http://pshost:5985/wsman error , document in <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

there is no firewall blocking 5985

any idea?
