infrastructure Http Status 404

Hi Community,

My licence was expired. I get an error under the tab " Infrastructure" After adding a new licence and restarting the vcac, vco, SSO machine. This is the error :

HTTP Status 404 - /Default.aspx


type Status report

message /Default.aspx

description The requested resource is not available.


VMware vFabric tc Runtime

The Iaas Service is registred .

I get the same error on every tab on the left :

HTTP Status 404 - /EnterpriseAdmin/ManageVirtualMachines.aspx

Up! It could be a certification issue?

all services are registered

It could be a cert issue on your IaaS box, or it could also be that your vCAC services haven't started on your IaaS box.

Try to browse to your IaaS server before going to your vCAC console.  https://IaaS.domain/

It should prompt for the IaaS Certificates, once you accept it, try your vCAC console now.

I had the exact same error, I had to increase the memory for IAAS VM and VCAC VM . Also, clear the history from browser and then re-logged it worked.

Does  all the services are online in vcac vami  (5480). Including  iaas-service .
