guest customization failed during vm deployment_vRA

Hi All,

we are in process of deploying linux vm using  blueprint (vanila install).

stub workflow worked fine but vm failed during guest customization .

Please suggest some possible troubleshoting steps.

Which Linux Distribution? In Case of CentOS 7.x you must install the "open-vm-tools" package and enable the "vmtoolsd" service:

systemctl start vmtoolsd

systemctl enable vmtoolsd

Are you using a customization spec in your vSphere machine element? If not, this is a requirement.
