connect with vm console through VMRC is not visible in self service portal

Even after providing the required actions in the entitlement i am not getting this option "connect with vm console through VMRC is not visible in self service portal". Anyone who can help me in this?

You have to enable this option at blueprint level to be accessible for business group users/support users. Its enabled for business group managers by default.

i selected all the actions at blueprint level already and even all the actions are selected even at entitlement level but still connect by VMRC option is not available to business group manager as well as business group user I was able to get this in vCAC 6.0 but in vRA 6.2 this is missing. Any clue regarding this issue?

VMRC is disabled in 6.2 due to security issue. And Its available from 6.2.1 onwards.

From 6.2 Release Notes:

VMware Remote Console (VMRC) is disabled for vSphere machines*

The Connect by Using VMRC action for vSphere machines has been removed because of a security vulnerability. Remote console access for machines provisioned through vCloud Director is unaffected. For details about this issue, see VMSA-2014-0013.
