So it is very easy to get custom properties with the payload parameter in Orchestrator now.
But the question is :
I need to set a blank custom property with a VRO Workflow , how can I do that in VRA 7 ?

Ok I have my answer so I share it here :
I've just used the action from com.vmware.library.vcac : addUpdatePropertyFromVirtualMachineEntity.
It works very well.
