Which account is the "IaaS administrator"?

Hi vCloud community,

I'm reading the VMware vCloud Automation Center 6.0 Documentation Center, specifically this page: Provide the Infrastructure License

Step 3. says 'Log in to the vCloud Automation Center console as IaaS administrator.'

I don't recall Minimal Installation topics having you define which account is the "IaaS administrator".

In a brand new, default installation, what account is the IaaS administrator?

When you login as administrator@vsphere.local to setup tenant(s), once you've configured the identity store for your domain (or whatever you're using for authentication), there is a tab for setting who are tenant and infrastructure admins. I believe infrastructure is only available from the default tenant (vsphere.local).
