Where is Property Sets in vRA 7?

Is this property set option has removed in vRA 7? I know build profiles are known as property groups now but in previous version In build profiles, option to select property sets was there. Where is this in vRA7?

You need to be either a Fabric Admin or Tenant Admin to see them.
