I am getting below error in , Infrastructure-Business Management tab

Still it is not working , and whatever in the KB it is mentioned is already applied and seems like it is been already patched in VRA 7 . Can you guys please help me out.

This issue is basically DNS name resolution is not working in both the VRA and vRealize Business Cloud.  I mean to say , you need to create a DNS entry in /etc/hosts file which helps to do forward and reverse lookup or create in AD .
