VRA 8 easy installer Deployment failed at initialization stage

I am trying to deploy vra 8 using easy installer , checking the logs found the following :

• error: could not get response in 30000 ms from host

• error: ovfDeployTimer: ovf deployment failed after 18000000 ms passed in which no response from the server was received

it is not a dns problem becuase the dns resolves correctly 

the ovf template is not being deployed , but I have managed to deploy Lifecycle manager ovf template manually.

so why cant the installer deploy the ovf although it connects to vcenter , is this a bug ?

Is this vRA 8.6.2? Which version? When you configure the environment for deployment, try specifying only one DNS server to use and then retry the deployment. I know you have said it will resolve correctly, but I have had some funny things happen with multiple DNS servers specified. You can add additional DNS servers in post deployment.
