VMRC console opened from vRA has the power options greyed out. The permissions are properly granted, VMRC from the Web Client works well but from vRA VMRC it's not working. Can anyone please help?

I don't know this for sure but I am thinking this may be by design since you have power controls from within vRA.  This way they don't need to worry about dealing with vCenter permissions.

As I already told you on the VMware vExpert Facebook group (and as Paul also said), this is by design, even if you have the proper entitlements to the resource actions. VMRC does not expose any other actions because it cannot read these as inputs. Look below. I have opened the VMRC to a deployed VM. I have full entitlements to perform any action on this, and VMRC will not expose those operations.
