VCAC : " Agent status is DOWN" error on the compute resources tab , is this normal?

I see this when I look at the "COMPUTE RESOURCES " tab

Agent status=Down

I Did not find that EXACT service but I restarted the "VMware vCAC agent-vSphere agent"( see attached )  and that worked !!!!!!!

now the "agent status: is "OK" and now "down"

Hi Guys,

Thanks and server coming online once the service is restarted, someone please help to understand that what are the possible reasons for the agent getting down.

Restarting the proxy service did not help, data collections shows in progress for long time. Is there any correlation ??

Is vRA still able to access the Endpoint? I would check access to the Endpoint.
