My customer failed to change the domain of the vRA server, so they rolled back the operation
However, we can connect to vRA login page, but we can't logged in.
Login continues to change the value inside the https://vRA-FQDN/vcac/org/vsphere.local/?code="________________" and eventually results in a 503 error.
The VAMI page also displays SSO info as "Not Connected"
DNS is registered normally, and both vRA and Ias servers are accessible normally.
When I log in, vRA redirected somewhere and fail to log in.
Please advice me !
Since your customer has very likely broken vRA in some fashion, the recommendation at this point is to phone GSS and use that expensive support contract for which they're paying.
TIn the first instance, try and reconnect SSO by retyping the password and click 'Save Setings'. This will likely take a while but if it comes back connected, you can then restart vcac (service vcac-server restart) and all the services should come up successfully.
